Welcome back, we've got a jam-packed issue this week, so I'm not going to hang around. We'll be talking about PARAZETTEL Foundations, as well as the new content of the week and a new home for the PZTL newsletter.

Let's start with the former...

PARAZETTEL Foundations starts tomorrow

Our new flagship program goes live tomorrow, so today's the last chance you'll have to be involved.

We walk you through building an effective note-taking system that's actually aligned with your work and your goals.

That's the difference between this and the old PARAZETTEL for Obsidian template - you're building something that works for you from scratch, rather than me taking an educated guess at what you need and dumping it in your lap.

You build the 'Foundations' better because you're the one who's actually put them together.

If you want to be a part of this, we've still got slots open until the end of the day, and I'll tell you the truth - we're closing for the roll-out, and I don't know how long things will stay the same after the fact.

I'm envisioning a free community setup for PARAZETTEL, where I have a small, concentrated group join Foundations in a separate location, so that I can give more personal assistance to people about taking notes well, calls and live sessions and the like.

New content for the week

I wrote this piece almost to mark the transition between offering the PARAZETTEL template and the PARAZETTEL Foundations program.

You see, I rounded things off nicely after PARAZETTEL V5 back at the start of June, but there wasn't really much hint as to what I was going to be offering next as my newer instalment of education.

This article is there to bridge the gap, and it starts to outline some of the most Foundational (again, sorry) ideas that I've developed whilst in the space, the ones that have had most impact in 'changing my life'.

And, finally, we've got a new home for the newsletter!

PZTL's new home

My problem with the original newsletter setup was that it was too integrated and too hidden into the website.

I'd also have to write for the website, and then port the stuff over to Kit, reformat, add clicks and all the like.

Now, we use Kit directly to host the PZTL newsletter over on letters.parazettel.com, where you can sign up and read (a few) back issues.

We're also keeping most of the back issues private for now, because I'm trying out a few different incentives to join the newsletter, with one of them being content exclusivity - if you don't subscribe, you don't read. That kind of thing.

Right now, I like it. The formatting is quite simple, and you're quite limited with design and presentation, which suits me otherwise I'd spend my whole life trying to tweak and correct things.
